Translator, Interpreter

Translations of technical literature (manuals, operation instructions, assembly instructions and maintenance instructions) to and from English and German. Specialist areas are mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, power engineering, civil engineering, brewing industry, paper production industry, welding, painting technique, varnishes, paints, surface finish, crude oil and natural gas production, production of cooling and freezing furniture including sheet metal pressing, punching, press braking, foaming, painting, assembly.

Interpretation experience predominantly in production, assembly and site environments.

The experience since the year 1994 includes one year on site period in an oil refinery in Kazakhstan. This project involved the specialisation of pipe bridge installations, piping heat tracing, wiring and instrumentation (I&C), high-voltage substation commissioning and was implemented by the American company Brown and Root Skoda, Pilsen where I worked as translator and interpreter for 6 years.
